On the computer running the phone server, open Set Up or Recover Inbox Account.cmd in the AI Business Phone project folder. It lets the computer owner find an existing username or email address, add users, or reset a password.
If you use a shared server on another computer, ask its owner to reset your staff account. The phone attendant can stay running.
